Italy – The 2019 edition the most awaited Italian travelling music festival Battiti Live (Live Beats) recently engulfed Italy’s Puglia region. Spanning over 5 days and welcoming over 70 international acts, this year’s production is certain to make history.

Having grown from the initial 1995 Battiti dalla Caverna radio program, the event is now streamed live on national TV throughout Italy. With the growth and popularity of this event has ever-increasing, so in turn has the expectation of the production. 2019 welcomes not only the iconic festival but also a whole host of partners. Southern radio DJs will host pre-show music, entertainment and select Italian and international Battiti Live partner brands such as Tim, Fiat, Nintendo, Coca Cola Future Legend, Nuii, Dok and Famila, Carta Wow.

Tasked with this mammoth task was Termoli-based veteran full-service production company Rooster s.r.l. The task to grow on previous years and give more emphasis to the heart of the show was met through meticulous production planning and designs from the team at Rooster s.r.l and employed the use of various PROLIGHTS fixtures to compliment the vision.

12 HALUPIX fixtures were used, featuring a cutting-edge optical design that combines a 2800 Kelvin warm-white LED source with special 8° optic reflectors providing a long through projection of sharp beams in the air. The HALUPIX LED matrix modules gave designers the ability to project volumetric graphics and simulate a 3D effect.

In addition to this, the new-generation LED work-horse, the PROLIGHTS Stark series featured prominently with 42 STARK1000 and 18 STARK400 commissioned. The powerful PROLIGHTS Stark series repeatedly delivered outstanding results whilst also housing an extensive toolkit providing the designers with much-needed flexibility without compromising reliability.

To complete the line-up were 48 SUNBLAST3000FC. The incredible 180,000 lumen punch delivered from the compact IP65 strobes put the “final touches on the performance”.

The fixtures are pushed to the limits repeatedly and not only did the PROLIGHTS fixtures perform beautifully every single time, but the feature-set gave us the opportunity to push limits. The fantastic design team, crew and the faultless performance of the PROLIGHTS fixtures provided us with a spectacular show at the end that everyone was proud of”
