We went to join in with all the glitter fun right up in the north of Italy and it has to be said, were amazed at the reception from the crowd, designers and keen on-lookers. With such a beautiful setting in the depths of the Monza city park shadowed only by the Formula One Circuit di Monza this most certainly was a spectacular show.

Seeing the crowd react to the fierce SUNBLAST3000FC strobes pumping along with the bassline and the sheer reach of the concentrated, narrow beams from the tiny STARK400 was really an impressive spectacle.

Draped all over the impressive façade (which itself is no easy feat given the intricacy of the design), was over 150 PROLIGHTS fixtures; fixtures that lasted through the heat and alcohol sprays and still managed to create the atmosphere that was described as “the best year yet”.

Over 70 SUNRISE2 blinders were implemented with attending designers commenting on how impressed they were with the compact tungsten replacement – yet not compromising on brightness whatsoever!

Finally however, the star of the show. With a brief name-drop earlier, the SUNBLAST3000FC warrants its own round of applause. With photographers, technical personnel and production surprised at the abilities of this fixture, the SUNBLAST3000FC is a versatile hybrid and unlike others in its class it is the only IP rated mappable effect fixture with continuous colour change ability, flood AND strobe!

All in all, a shining success!
