The Micro units are also suitable for smaller rental applications where the distance does not need to exceed 250 meters, and where fewer universes need to be transmitted wirelessly in one area.
The Micro series comes with a battery compartment that accepts 6 standard AA batteries, allowing the unit to be powered off battery power for considerable lengths of time. The Micro series supports DMX through a standard 5 pin XLR connector, and a helpful display on the front of the unit conveys useful information at a glance.
