ArcPod 48Q is a compact high-power exterior wash light featuring an outstanding brightness of 23'000 lumens. It is equipped with 48x10W RGBW / FC LEDs, delivering a limitless reproduction of colours and whites. ArcPod 48Q is designed slim and fanless, and it's completed by a wide selection of available optics, making the ArcPod 48Q an incredibly flexible and versatile device for any outdoor install.

Firmware Update Information

PROLIGHTS product firmware can be updated in several ways, depending on the product and file extension. The available methods are listed in the product specifications in the CONTROL - Firmware upgrade section.

Note: Some products without DMX or USB inputs may require an additional device and may not be compatible with UPBOXPRO. Check here  the products list.

  1. Check the update methods available on your product in the CONTROL - Firmware upgrade section.
  2. Download the firmware and software dedicated for the update.
  3. Follow the update guide available in the firmware folder.

  • Added "DMX Fault" section in Advanced menu. Now it is possible to choose the behavior of the device in case of DMX signal loss between Hold (default value), Blackout, Stand Alone, Emergency.
  • Added Dimmer Speed Off (settable via RDM).
Improvements:
  • "Dimmer Mode" changed to "Dimmer Speed". So:
    • Dimmer Mode "Off" changed to Dimmer Speed "Auto" (default value)
    • Dimmer Mode "Dimmer 1" changed to Dimmer Speed "Fast"
    • Dimmer Mode "Dimmer 2" changed to Dimmer Speed "Medium"
    • Dimmer Mode "Dimmer 3" changed to Dimmer Speed "Slow"
  • Improved RDM compliance.
Fixed Bugs:
  • In some DMX modes, changing the Dimmer DMX values when the strobe is active, the light source stops the strobe and the source always remains on.
  • Switching from Strobe@X% to Strobe@open, the light source turns on after a few moments.
  • Fixture produces jumps in light intensity when the Dimmer value is changed from 0 to 255 dmx value in a few seconds.
